Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment.
• Your order will be shipped within 48 hours after processing.
• We offer free shipping across India.
• Please ensure your Phone number, Shipping address and PIN Code are correct for timely delivery.
• Our courier partners aim to deliver within 5 to 7 working days. While they try to deliver early, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Return & Refund Policy

• If the product you received is damaged, defective, or the wrong item, you may return it within 7 days of delivery.
• Ensure the product is unused, with tags intact, and in its original condition (no stains or signs of wear).
• Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• Please note, the shipping fee, Rs 99, included in the product price, will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
• If you have already paid for the order, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Please note, we do not accept any Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Prepaid orders only are entertained to avoid confusion.
